As an active member of the ISBA for almost two decades, I have helped to shape the practice of law in Illinois.

If elected, I will not stop fighting for the ISBA and for the interest of working attorneys throughout the state.

I am Dennis Lynch, and I am running for Third Vice President of the ISBA. My commitment to this organization began before I even became an attorney, and I have been an active participant ever since I was licensed.

My service for the ISBA includes serving on the Board of Governors and on multiple section councils while chairing several committees. I have worked to advance the mission of the ISBA and mentor fellow attorneys while contributing to policy discussions. I have also spearheaded a number of reforms, including guiding efforts to modernize the systems used in ISBA elections and addressing the issues faced by attorneys when selling their practices. With my focus on advancing the interests of attorneys in Illinois, I can serve as the leader the ISBA needs to move forward confidently into the future.

Dear ISBA,

I believe in the mission of the Illinois State Bar Association. As 3rd Vice President, I will be an effective leader who will work to ensure that the association will continue to meet the needs of attorneys in our state.

My goals for the ISBA include helping attorneys adapt to new technology and changing expectations. I will work to reduce inefficiencies and help lawyers maintain a good work-life balance. I also want to increase the opportunities for networking to help attorneys take advantage of professional opportunities while also helping to improve the public perception of the legal profession.
